The Raise3D Pro3 HS Series is a powerful professional-grade machine that builds upon the various performance improvements introduced on Raise3Ds flagship Pro3 Series. It improves on printing speed, production efficiency and reliability. With Hyper FFF® technology, it offers high-speed printing for composite materials. The new auto filament switching function and supports 2.5kg filament spools, with the goal of bestowing general manufacturers and print farmers with the ability to produce small batches efficiently and reliably, whether theyre end-use parts or tooling fixtures

The Pro3 HS Series brings the following improvements:

• Built-in Hyper FFF® Technology: Equipped with a high-flowrate hot end and an active vibration reduction algorithm, the Raise3D Pro3 HS Series can reach printing speeds of up to 300mm/s for Premium, Industrial, Hyper Speed and Hyper Core composite filaments.
• Motion Control System Upgrade: To further increase the precision of the extruder and stabilize movement accuracy, the Pro3 HS Series printers have been newly upgraded with a closed-loop stepper motor, together with double-diaphragm couplings and optimized axis structure for better tightness and stability.
• New Printing Build Plate: The new printing build plate provides a more uniform and powerful magnetic attraction to suppress model warpage. Thinner by 1 mm, it heats up to 100°C two minutes faster than previous versions. The faster heating speed reduces waiting time and improves print efficiency.
• 2.5kg Large Roll Storage Boxes (sold separately): To reduce the frequent manual filament replacement, the Pro3 HS Series printers dual-extruder can now print from two external 2.5kg material boxes. When one filament spool runs out of material, the second print head can automatically switch to another spool, so the printing time is extended without human intervention.
• Hyper Core® Filament and New Hot-end Come in the Box: Raise3D's newly introduced Hyper Core® filaments offer a fast melting and cooling rate for high-speed printing with improved Z-direction strength and stiffness, making them ideal for demanding end-use applications. Each Pro3 HS Series printer shipment includes an extra high-flowrate hot end with a silicon nozzle and a roll of Hyper Core® filament to make composite printing more accessible.
• Automatic Filament Identification: The Pro3 HS Series is equipped with an RFID sensor to prevent incorrect material usage. This feature will be available once the spools support RFID tagging.

High Speed Printing with High Performance Composite Materials

The Raise3D Pro3 HS Series supports 200-300 mm/s high-speed printing of composite materials, including the high performance Hyper Core filaments for end use applications, meeting the high standards and requirements from users, enhancing both production efficiency and part quality. As a result of this high performance composite material support, the resulting printed parts perform effectively even in the most demanding end-use applications.

Enhanced Speed and Accuracy for Industrial Applications

The Raise3D Pro3 HS Series incorporates Hyper FFF® technology for precise and reliable high-speed printing with Hyper Speed technology providing a high-flowrate hot end and active vibration reduction algorithm. Capable of printing at standard speeds of 300 mm/s, the Pro3 HS Series is equipped with a closed-loop stepper motor in the transmission system, enhancing extruder movement control to achieve more precise high-speed printing without losing steps. The new build plate offers uniform magnetic adhesion, reducing model warping. An optimized coupling enhances motion stability, while the robust all-metal frame ensures smooth movement and precise positioning, resulting in high-quality prints.

Longer-Lasting Reliability and Durability

Designed for high-volume industrial printing applications, the Raise3D Pro3 HS Series has been further optimized to enhance its reliability. Its strengthened hot end and all-metal nozzle, combined with a proven all-metal frame and dual-gear extruder, enable long-hour production. The stepper motors with optical encoders improves accuracy and long-term repeatability.

Maximize Production Efficiency with Minimal Manual Intervention

The Raise3D Pro3 HS Series features an auto filament switching function, enabling uninterrupted production. With the capability to print using two larger 2.5 kg filament spools, this machine can now continuously print with up to 5 kg of material. The newly added RFID filament sensor identifies the filament and verifies the necessary parameters to prevent incorrect material usage. Additionally, the auto filament unloading function reduces manual intervention, resulting in higher production efficiency and less labor involvement.
